The Senior Theatre Practitioner plays a crucial role in assisting Theatre Coordinators to ensure that patients receive outstanding and efficient care. This position involves leading theatre teams to guarantee that the care provided is both safe and effective.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee a multifaceted agenda that includes direct patient care as well as fulfilling a leadership role within the department.
- Maintain professional credibility and adaptability as a skilled practitioner in a dynamic environment, while pursuing continuous professional development aligned with the evolving needs of a patient-centered service.
- Provide support and guidance to the Theatre Coordinator and Matron to enhance service quality within your designated area, fostering a culture of forward-thinking and autonomous practice, all within the financial and organizational framework of the Trust.
