About the Role

As a Visual Merchandising Specialist at Harrods, you will play a crucial role in creating captivating retail environments within our esteemed Homewares Departments. Your primary responsibility will be to curate visually stunning displays that showcase the latest trends and luxury brands, captivating our discerning clientele.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, dress, and install visual concepts in line with a seasonal Marketing calendar to best showcase the department.
  • Maintain and monitor the shop floor, ensuring that all areas are clean and aesthetically pleasing.
  • Utilize knowledge of ever-changing seasons and trends in the home and interiors worlds to maximize opportunities.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure visual displays meet brand standards and customer expectations.
  • Conduct competitor research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented individual with impeccable attention to detail. As a Visual Merchandising Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Displaying flexibility to adapt to processes across different environments.
  • Seeking feedback from stakeholders on the visual impact of displays and implementing changes if required.
  • Taking pride in your work by conducting competitor research to surprise and delight our customers.
