Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Junior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our delivery team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for sourcing and managing candidates, providing lead generation, and working closely with our 360 team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sourcing candidates through various methods, including headhunting and CRM usage
  • Learning and understanding compliance and right-to-work processes
  • Staying up-to-date with market trends and understanding umbrella solutions
  • Setting up contractors and providing market presentations to management
  • Meeting promotion criteria, including achieving a certain number of deals per month and demonstrating autonomy and confidence

Requirements

  • Ability to work independently and demonstrate a strong understanding of the Investment Funds market
