Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Electromagnetic Systems Engineer to join our team at Meritus. As an RF Designer, you will be responsible for designing and developing complex RF electronic systems for harsh environments.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop RF electronic systems, including receiver and transmitter amplifier chains, filters, and frequency synthesizers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Software & Firmware Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, and Production.
  • Develop and deliver RF electronic equipment, including associated technologies, through all stages of the development process.
  • Manage the development and delivery of RF electronic systems, ensuring timely and cost-effective results.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers and other team members.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in RF electronics design, preferably in harsh environments (EMC, Vibration, thermal).
  • Strong knowledge of RF electronics design principles, including power supplies and digital interfaces.
  • Experience with software-defined radios and RF electronics design tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
