Programme Manager

We are seeking a skilled Programme Manager to join our Transformation team at La Fosse. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in delivering a new CRM upgrade and integrating a new ERP system.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the delivery of the CRM upgrade and technical integration of the new ERP using Agile methodologies.
  • Collaborate closely with the business and internal development and test teams to ensure successful delivery.
  • Develop, set up, and organize the programme of work to deliver the required changes.
  • Produce, monitor, and update programme and implementation plans.
  • Support the planning, directing, coordinating, and delivery of the programme.
  • Proactively identify risks, issues, dependencies, and assumptions and work to communicate, manage, escalate, and mitigate.
  • Use suitable techniques to manage any changes in project scope, timelines, and costs.
  • Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques.
Requirements:
  • Experience delivering a variety of end-to-end technology projects in-house.
  • Experience delivering technology projects using Agile methodologies.
  • Experience of AGILE, Scrum, DevOps methodologies.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills.
  • Solid best practice project management and delivery expertise.
What We Offer:

A competitive salary of £65,000 - £75,000 + benefits, with a hybrid working policy. The role is based in Cardiff or London, with opportunities to work remotely.
