About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team at Vistry Group PLC. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and supporting the control and delivery of construction projects to meet client specifications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage the construction process from start to finish, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Manage and coordinate the work of site teams, including subcontractors and suppliers.
  • Ensure that all health and safety protocols are followed and that the site is a safe working environment.
  • Manage and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and other project team members.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating any risks or issues that may impact the project.
  • Ensure that all project documentation, including reports and records, is accurate and up-to-date.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in project management, preferably in the construction industry.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, stakeholders, and site teams.
  • Ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Valid SMSTS Certificate and Construction-related academic qualification.
