Payroll Consultant

We are seeking a skilled Payroll Consultant to join our team at The Access Group. As a Payroll Consultant, you will play a key role in delivering new customers onto our PXD platform and providing expert payroll advice to our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver projects following the Access Implementation Methodology, implementing Access Software for new and existing clients.
- Run user training for customers on all aspects of the Payroll software product set, create delivery content and present back to the customer in workshops.
- Proactively manage client implementations to ensure they operate within time and budget.
- Communicate with Project Managers and clients to manage expectations and ensure a successful implementation.
- Best practice Payroll or related business process and project experience.
- Previous experience in a consultancy / implementation role with a SAAS Payroll provider including E2E system testing and UAT experience.
- Ability to operate in the framework of autonomous working whilst demonstrating great time management and the ability to prioritise.
- Troubleshooting, diagnosis and problem-solving skills with excellent interpersonal and Customer Centred communication skills.
