We are currently seeking a qualified Financial Strategy Partner - Associate Manager to join our dynamic team during this period of expansion.

This is a full-time, permanent position.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conducts intricate financial assessments, including budgeting, trend analysis, forecasting, and financial modeling; develops and applies capitalization strategies, and reviews accounting entries to fulfill business requirements.
  • Gathers budgetary data, midyear forecasts, and other financial metrics; interprets, summarizes, and inputs forecast data into financial systems to provide insights into profitability; may assist other departmental management with budgeting.
  • Evaluates budgetary data, midyear forecasts, and other financial metrics, preparing presentations with recommendations for senior management and corporate stakeholders; engages with management regarding financial matters.
  • Establishes financial controls, procedures, systems, and forecasting methodologies to assess contract/program status and ensure adherence to regulatory and client requirements.
  • May offer leadership and guidance to junior staff members.
  • Projects accurate and timely cash flow forecasts, sales forecasts, and expense forecasts to meet business objectives.
  • Aids departmental managers in the budgeting process by collaborating with them throughout the budget development cycle.
  • Proposes enhancements for processes or procedures, including training documentation and presentations to other departments.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Preferred degree in business administration, finance, accounting, or a related discipline.
  • Several years of experience in finance or accounting roles.
  • Familiarity with accounting principles and financial software and databases.
  • Experience in financial analysis.
