Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver federated 3D models and linked BIM data, including COBie, to ensure seamless project execution.
- Conduct model validation checks and coordination reviews to guarantee data accuracy and consistency.
- Mentor early career professionals and improve departmental capabilities to drive business growth.
- Ensure BIM delivery compliance with industry standards and procedures, such as ISO19650 and PAS1192.
- Set up and maintain the Common Data Environment to facilitate efficient data management.
- Support BIM courses and seminars to enhance team knowledge and skills.
- Prepare enquiry plans, tender reviews, and scopes of work to drive business development.
- Validate modelling geometry and data to ensure accuracy and quality.
- Chair BIM Coordination meetings to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.
Requirements:
- Experience as a BIM Coordinator, Information Manager, or Technician, with a strong understanding of BIM principles and practices.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in Navisworks/Solibri for clash detection and coordination reviews, as well as experience with BIM software environments (3D, 4D, 5D, AR, VR).
