LCV Technician Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and experienced LCV Technician to join our team at Theo. As a key member of our motor trade team, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing light commercial vehicles to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Undertake maintenance, service, and repair activities on light commercial vehicles (LCVs) to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
• Carry out all work in a timely and effective manner, adhering to manufacturer's scheduled times to maintain productivity.
• Record details of diagnosis, work completed, and components utilized in line with group and manufacturer standards.
• Ensure work areas are clean, organized, and safe from hazards to health and safety.
• Liaise effectively with colleagues and customers at all levels in a polite and efficient manner.
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by ensuring all work meets the required standards.

Requirements:

• Fully trained and experienced LCV Technician.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to use own initiative and work to deadlines.

Salary and Benefits:

Paying up to £45,800 basic + £3k sign-on bonus + performance bonus

Working Hours:

• 40 hours per week - Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM.
• Alternate Saturdays 8:30 AM - 12:30 PM (paid as overtime at time and a half).
