We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Corporate Account Manager to join our team at The Institution of Engineering & Technology. As a key member of our business development team, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth of our Corporate Partner network, identifying new business opportunities, and bringing on board new partners.
Key Responsibilities- Account Management: Effectively manage existing Corporate Partners, identifying opportunities for growth and development, and ensuring their membership needs are met.
- Business Development: Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities, developing and executing plans to recruit new Corporate Partners.
- Relationship Building: Establish and nurture relationships with key partner companies, aligning their strategic goals with our own.
- Membership Recruitment: Work closely with our Senior Corporate Account Managers and wider sales team to meet membership recruitment targets and contribute to the overall success of our corporate engagement strategy.
- Central Payment Scheme: Manage and grow our Central Payment Scheme, ensuring partners fully understand the value it brings to their organisation.
- Experience: Previous experience in a Business Development or Account Management sales role is essential, with a strong background in business development, sales, or account management, particularly in a B2B or membership environment.
- Skills: Strong English communication skills, both spoken and written, with the ability to present in a professional and engaging manner. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Personal Qualities: A customer-centric approach to sales and account management, with the ability to identify client needs and provide tailored solutions. A proactive, collaborative team player with strong organisational skills and the ability to work independently.
