Business Analyst Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join our team at beBee Professionals. As a Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and improvement by analyzing business needs and developing solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough business analysis to identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency.
  • Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders, ensuring that all needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
  • Develop comprehensive business cases, feasibility studies, and project plans to support business objectives.
  • Analyze data and create reports to inform decision-making and drive business outcomes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement solutions and drive change, ensuring seamless execution and minimal disruption.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in business analysis or consulting, with a strong track record of delivering results.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in business analysis tools, such as Microsoft Visio and JIRA.
