Key Responsibilities:- Maintain and repair plant and equipment to minimize downtime
- Perform reactive and planned maintenance duties, including electrical and mechanical tasks
- Log and report faults, breakdowns, and issues accurately
- Carry out fault finding and repair of equipment and facilities
- Promote risk assessments to ensure safe systems of working
- Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance skills in specialist plant and equipment
- Identify and implement opportunities for continuous improvement, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness
- Support and conduct regular inspections and testing
- Background in warehouse environments, preferably with experience in mechanical and electrical applications in temperature-controlled environments
- Previous experience as a Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer
- Understanding of continuous improvement initiatives
- Good experience of managing safety in daily activities
- Strong team working capabilities
- Experience working with CMMS platforms
- Competitive salary of £38,000 per annum
- Monday to Friday day shift, 8am to 4pm
- Supportive and collaborative work environment
