Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough inspections of vehicles to identify defects and recommend necessary repairs.
- Diagnose and repair complex mechanical issues using advanced diagnostic tools and techniques.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery and meet customer expectations.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and industry best practices.
- Maintain accurate records of repairs, maintenance, and customer interactions.
Requirements
- Minimum Level 2 City and Guilds (or equivalent) in Vehicle Repair.
- Proven experience in diagnostics and using computers.
- Full, UK driving licence.
- Positive, right-first-time attitude and strong team player mentality.
- Ability to work to a very high standard and meet deadlines.
- Good communication skills and willingness to learn and develop.
