Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage site and service inquiries within your designated region, ensuring comprehensive feedback and recommendations are communicated to both the technical team and clients.
  • Conduct training and onboarding sessions for new customers, ensuring they are well-acquainted with our products and services.
  • Engage in the construction and evaluation of both new and existing products to meet the performance benchmarks set by accredited testing facilities.
  • Assist clients with tailored UKAS testing and performance evaluations.
  • Collaborate with design engineers to enhance product offerings and address customer and sales inquiries.
  • Foster strong relationships with our fabricator network, demonstrating flexibility and responsiveness to their needs.
  • Provide ongoing feedback to design engineers to aid in product innovation and development.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in window fabrication processes, with a solid understanding of mechanical joints and timber-weld techniques.
  • Familiarity with manufacturing and cutting software.
  • Basic knowledge of CAD systems.

Work Environment: This position is field-based, requiring travel and occasional overnight stays to effectively meet client needs.
