Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Paid Media Specialist to join our team on a full-time basis. As a Paid Media Specialist, you will be responsible for managing paid campaigns to effectively promote the B2B services or brands of multiple clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Define the agency's approach to paid media as part of its overall service mix
  • Configure campaigns to maximize results for clients
  • Manage paid campaigns to effectively promote B2B services or brands of multiple clients
  • Keyword and audience research, including account build, in line with the agency's best practice
  • Ad creation and copywriting to support account managers
  • Collaborate with account managers in developing growth strategies
  • Daily and weekly monitoring of performance on campaign tests and updating actions accordingly
  • Monitoring campaign performance to ensure all targets are met or exceeded across multiple clients
  • Make proactive optimization recommendations and changes to improve campaign performance
  • Engage with other specialists in the business where necessary to optimize campaign performance
  • Understand how to interpret and understand tracking and analysis tools such as LinkedIn and Google Analytics, and how to set up goals, conversion paths, and attribution windows
  • An open mind to learning more, understanding developments in paid advertising technology and automation, and using that knowledge to help the agency improve campaign delivery and grow
Requirements:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • A willingness to learn and understand inbound and digital marketing principles
  • Competency with spreadsheets and handling large amounts of data
  • B2B marketing agency experience
  • Exposure to a variety of marketing techniques and projects
