Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Resolution Officer to join our team at Dŵr Cymru Welsh Water. As a key member of our operational team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the efficient resolution of customer complaints and issues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide effective customer communication and resolution through various channels, ensuring compliance with Service Level Agreements and regulatory requirements.
  • Prioritize and schedule work for customer service and environmental incidents, ensuring efficient use of resources and adherence to SLAs and regulatory requirements.
  • Manage field operations resource efficiently, producing an effective schedule of work and minimizing travel and overtime requirements.
  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure Welsh Water meets its performance targets.
Requirements
  • High level of customer service skills and experience in delivering excellent customer service in all situations.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of Welsh Water's policies and procedures, as well as regulatory requirements.
