Imaging Service Manager

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our Imaging Department at Chelsea and Westminster Hospital NHS Foundation Trust. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of an efficient and effective imaging service, maintaining high professional standards of clinical skill and patient care, and implementing improvements within the department.
Key Responsibilities- Organisational Skills
- To develop and implement business plans, revenue plans, and maintenance agreements to ensure the department's operational efficiency.
- To monitor and report equipment faults, and assist with the diagnosis and remedy of routine faults.
- To ensure the departmental service continuity plans are updated and applied where necessary.
- To maintain an outstanding service according to CQC standards, adapting to any service disruptions.
- To work with the General Manager to identify and implement improvements within the department, prioritizing patient needs.
- To ensure patient feedback mechanisms are maintained and updated, with a regular patient quality and feedback system in place.
The ideal candidate will have experience in leading a diagnostic imaging department, with a strong track record of delivering high-quality patient care and improving operational efficiency. They will be a strategic thinker, able to develop and implement business plans, and have excellent communication and leadership skills.
