Senior Mechanical Design Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Principal Mechanical Design Engineer to join our team at Omega Resource Group. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for leading and mentoring a team of Mechanical Design Engineers in the design of complex aerospace equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of Mechanical Design Engineers in the design of aerospace equipment
- Design and develop components and supporting equipment for military aircraft
- Perform performance and structural calculations to ensure safety and efficiency
- Produce 3D models and 2D drawings to support design and development
- Develop and maintain supporting documentation for engineering changes
- Work on both new development and sustainment projects
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering
- Experience in electromechanical system design
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills
