About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Architect to join our Business Architecture Team. As a Senior Business Architect, you will work as a consultant on various clients and projects, collaborating with the broader organization to drive business growth and innovation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work with clients on global initiatives, considering their internal processes and standards, while adapting to local requirements.
  • Monitor the progress of programs across Business Architecture projects, resolve issues, and identify connection points.
  • Support businesses and organizations in planning for the future, by understanding their strategic objectives and designing operational models to support them.
  • Help facilitate organizational change through strategic communication planning and implementation.
Requirements
  • A relevant master's degree or PhD, preferably in business administration, marketing, social sciences, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience as a Business Architect, Business Process Consultant, or Change Management Consultant, or a strong analytical toolkit from a PhD.
  • The ability to shift between working from a helicopter view to detailed analysis.
  • Excellent communication skills, including research, writing, and presentation skills.
  • A willingness to travel and a flexible mindset, as many of our clients and colleagues are located in other time zones.
