Job Summary:
Fusion Lifestyle is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Wellness Coach to join our team. As a Wellness Coach, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality fitness programs and services to our members, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for all.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver Group Exercise Classes: Design and deliver engaging group exercise classes that cater to diverse fitness levels and interests.
- Conduct Fitness Assessments: Conduct thorough fitness assessments to identify members' goals and develop personalized exercise programs.
- Provide Customer Service: Offer exceptional customer service, ensuring members feel welcome and supported throughout their fitness journey.
- Maintain a Safe Environment: Ensure the gym is clean, well-maintained, and safe for members to use.
- Collaborate with Team Members: Work closely with other team members to promote a positive and inclusive gym environment.
Requirements:
- Qualifications: Level 2 qualification in Fitness Instructing and CIMSPA membership.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, and a passion for fitness and wellness.
