Senior Private Client Solicitor

We are seeking an experienced Senior Private Client Associate to join our Private Client teams in the South East. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in private client law, excellent time management skills, and the ability to manage and prioritize their own caseload.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for undertaking a broad range of work, including estate planning, drafting wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney, trust administration, probate, and inheritance tax planning. They will also provide guidance and support to a range of charities.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and prioritize a caseload of private client work
- Undertake estate planning, drafting wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney, trust administration, probate, and inheritance tax planning
- Provide guidance and support to charities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients
The ideal candidate will have:
