About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and charismatic Field Sales Representative to join our team at Charity Link. As a Field Sales Representative, you will be the public face of our charity partners, interacting with the public and securing regular monthly direct debit donations or lottery sign-ups.
Key Responsibilities:
- Interact with the public at various venues, including shows, events, superstores, and shopping centers, to secure donations and lottery sign-ups.
- Work independently to achieve targets and exceed sales expectations.
- Build rapport with the public and demonstrate excellent communication skills.
- Work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to maximize donor engagement.
- Utilize provided charity-branded clothing and equipment to promote our charity partners.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role, such as sales, customer service, or field sales.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build immediate face-to-face rapport.
- Ability to work Saturdays and weekends, which are peak times for sign-ups.
- Full UK driving license and access to a vehicle.
- Willingness to work outside in all weather conditions.
