Job Title: Manual Machinist

We are seeking an experienced Manual Machinist to join our precision engineering team. As a Manual Machinist, you will be responsible for manufacturing low volume, high precision machined parts and components to tight tolerances.

About the Role:
  • Manufacturing low volume, high precision machined parts and components to tight tolerances.
  • Working from engineering drawings using manual or CNC gun drilling machines.
Requirements:
  • Manual Turning, Toolmaking or experience of gun drilling, either Manual or CNC.
  • It is essential that you have worked within a machine shop environment with knowledge of the manual machining techniques and processes.
  • Familiar with Fanuc CNC controls would be an advantage.
  • Experienced in using gauging and measurement equipment required for verification including Micrometres.
  • Have a hands-on, quality driven, positive, self-motivated manner to be able to hit the ground running.
Working Hours:

40 hours per week, Monday to Thursday 8.00am - 5.00pm, Friday 8.00am - 2.30pm.
