Job Title: Customer Relationship Manager

My3Tech is seeking a highly skilled Customer Relationship Manager to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our business partners, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain relationships with assigned business partners, fostering trust and open communication.
  • Collaborate with IT leadership to ensure successful delivery of products and services.
  • Manage escalations and coordinate work with project managers, service, and operations managers.
  • Identify opportunities for service improvements and technical innovation to meet business needs.
  • Oversee the management of business partner expectations and escalate related issues.
Requirements:
  • 6+ years of experience in Information Technology, including knowledge of SDLC Agile Methodology and Technology Procurements.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to write, speak, and present with leadership of all levels.
  • Ability to listen, build rapport, and develop credibility as a strategic partner.
  • Skilled in conflict negotiation and resolution, with experience dealing with difficult customers.
  • Ability to share ownership and drive results as a team.
  • Experience in Product Line planning, development, and management.
Desired Skills:
  • BRMP Certification
  • Understanding of client Organization Structure and how client and VITA interact.
