- Continuous stock replenishment to ensure the shelves are always full.
- Process stock deliveries in a timely manner.
- Ensure the shop floor is always kept clean and tidy, to a high standard.
- Additional ad hoc duties as required.
- A positive, can-do attitude.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Willingness to approach and serve all customers.
- Drive to exceed monthly performance targets.
- Methodical approach to completing daily tasks.
- High levels of attention to detail.
- Ability to work both individually and as part of a diverse team.
- Commitment to work 16 hours per week and flexibility to work any day (Monday-Sunday).
Up to £11.64 per hour, plus non-contractual hourly sales commission.
