Partner Job Vacancy

We are seeking a highly experienced and ambitious accountant to join our team as a Partner. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving the growth and development of our accounting services.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in audit, accounting, and tax, with significant leadership experience and a proven track record of developing new and profitable revenue streams.

You will be responsible for providing business advisory and full-service accountancy services to our clients, as well as overseeing tax and audit provision. You will also assist in the strategic planning and delivery of business services, ensuring the high-quality provision of accounting services.

We are looking for a candidate who is technically proficient in all areas of accountancy, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills. You will be an experienced leader who leads by example and inspires others, with a strong entrepreneurial spirit and a can-do attitude.

The successful candidate will be offered a competitive salary and benefits package, including a generous pension scheme and holiday allowance. You will also have the opportunity to develop your own fee income and coach and mentor a committed junior team.
