Role Description

In this hybrid marketing role, you will be an integral part of our team. The Marketing & PR Trainee will engage in various functions, including Public Relations, Trade Marketing, E-commerce, and Brand Management. This position offers a unique opportunity for individuals eager to develop their expertise and immerse themselves in the luxury beauty sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Public Relations: Assist the PR Manager with various tasks.
  • Media Monitoring: Track coverage and prepare recaps.
  • Press Materials: Manage press mailers and send-outs.
  • Event Coordination: Support PR events.
  • Trade Marketing: Collaborate with the Marketing Coordinator.
  • Promotional Planning: Assist with GWP calendar and retailer sampling.
  • Visual Merchandising: Handle VM send-outs and retail event setups.
  • E-Retail Support: Aid the Marketing Coordinator with site maintenance and audits.
  • Stock Management: Conduct stock checks and assist with online promotional reporting.
  • Website & Email Support: Collaborate with the E-commerce Manager on website maintenance and email scheduling.
  • General Marketing Assistance: Support the Marketing Team with calendar and campaign tracking, competitor analysis, and purchase order management.
Qualifications

Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel is advantageous, along with any prior retail experience. Applicants must be currently enrolled in a university program.

While this salary range reflects the targeted compensation for the position, Chantecaille Beauté Inc. reserves the right to adjust compensation as necessary.
