We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Operative to join our team at Seed Recruitment Consultants Ltd. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for maintaining the premises to a high standard and ensuring a safe and secure environment for our staff and clients.
Key Responsibilities- Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure the upkeep of the premises, including repairs, replacements, and preventative maintenance.
- Assist the Manager with property matters, including tool management and storage.
- Ensure all tools and equipment are stored safely and securely, out of reach of residents and staff.
