Role Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and driven individual to join our team as a Medical Field Sales Representative. This position involves engaging with healthcare professionals to promote and sell durable medical equipment tailored to enhance patient safety and care outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and nurture relationships with key clinical contacts within NHS and private healthcare facilities.
  • Identify and engage with decision-makers in manual handling and patient care teams.
  • Conduct solution-based sales presentations, focusing on the benefits of our products rather than competing on price.
  • Manage a flexible schedule, requiring extensive travel within the designated territory.

Territory: The role primarily covers the South of England, with a focus on South London and surrounding areas.

Candidate Profile:

  • 2-3 years of experience in hospital sales is preferred, but candidates with relevant clinical backgrounds or B2B sales experience are encouraged to apply.
  • A full driving license is required.
  • Strong presentation skills and the ability to articulate sales performance will enhance your application.

Compensation Package:

  • Base Salary: £35,000 - £40,000, depending on experience.
  • Uncapped Commission: Up to £15,000, paid monthly.
  • Car Allowance: £625 per month.
  • Additional Benefits: Pension plan, mobile phone, laptop, and 25 days of holiday plus statutory holidays.
