About the Role

We are seeking highly skilled and experienced engineers to join our Design Engineering teams at Triumph Motorcycles. As a Senior Design Engineer, you will be responsible for designing various components in chassis and powertrain functions, utilizing and building on your knowledge and expertise to create our class-leading motorcycles.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop motorcycle components across all model ranges for Triumph's OE and Racing purposes
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure design and development meet business requirements
  • Lead small teams of engineers to work on various packages or areas of a motorcycle and coordinate the development of these while considering the impacts to time, cost, and possible setbacks
  • Utilize CAD software to design and develop components
  • Collaborate with manufacturing and testing teams to ensure design and development meet production and quality requirements
Requirements
  • Strong background in design engineering with experience in motorcycle components
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in CAD software
