About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant to join our team at Windsor Forest Colleges Group. As a Learning Support Assistant, you will work under the direction and supervision of the Curriculum Director, Head of Department, Programme Manager, and lecturers to assist with teaching, learning, and associated activities in accordance with college policies, procedures, and individual Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCP).

Key Responsibilities

  • Support whole classes, work with individuals and small groups of pupils, and assist with planning, delivery, and evaluation of learning activities.
  • Work closely with pastoral and welfare staff to support students to overcome learning, physical, or emotional boundaries.
  • Assist with the development and implementation of individualized learning plans and strategies.
  • Provide administrative support to the teaching team, including preparing materials and resources.
