The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Manager to join our team. As a Registered Manager, you will be responsible for providing support to our staff and the people we support. You will take full responsibility for the development and implementation of systems and processes to ensure we deliver the highest quality of care and support.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of care staff to provide high-quality care and support services
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Monitor and evaluate the quality of care and support services to identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of services
- Recruit, train, and develop staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide excellent care and support
Requirements
- Hold a valid CQC registration
- Hold a Level 5 qualification in Health and Social Care or be willing to work towards this qualification
- Have experience of working in a care setting, preferably in a management role
- Have excellent leadership and management skills
- Have a strong understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance
