About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Sales Support Specialist to join our Commercial Department at Gilberts (Blackpool) Limited. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our sales team, ensuring seamless communication with customers, and contributing to the growth and success of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Prepare and generate quotations, proposals, and other sales-related documents, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Assist in the administration of sales-related tasks, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
  • Support the sales team in achieving sales targets and goals, providing administrative assistance as needed.
Requirements
  • Experience in a sales or administrative role, preferably in a fast-paced office environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with experience in using Infor EQ/CSI software an advantage.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
