Lead a Team of Care Professionals

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Children's Home Registered Manager to lead our team of care professionals in providing high-quality care and support to young people with Emotional Behavioural Disorders (EBD).

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership and managerial skills, with experience in leading within a residential home for children and young people with EBD. A Deputy Manager with over 2 years of experience will be considered.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver the highest levels of care and support to young people through leadership, direction, and management of the residential children's service.
  • Have the children and quality at the heart of your values and vision to inspire and support the young people to lead happy and successful lives.
  • Manage a team of care professionals to ensure the delivery of high-quality care and support.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure the safety and well-being of young people.
  • Work closely with other professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for young people.

Requirements:
  • NVQ or QCF Level 5 in Leadership and Management or currently undertaking (Children's Services)
  • NVQ Level 3 or 4 in Children's Residential Services or equivalent
  • Experience working within a Deputy or Registered Manager's position for a minimum of 2 years
  • Experience in a residential children's home environment
  • Full UK driving licence
