Food Service Assistant

About the Role:
As a Food Service Assistant at Sodexo at Hereford County Hospital, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our food service facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation and serving of hot and cold foods from counters and steamtables
- Clean and sanitise equipment and workstations to maintain high standards of hygiene
- Read and follow recipes and product instructions to ensure accurate food preparation
- Break down stations at the end of meal periods or service to maintain a clean and efficient environment
