Key Responsibilities:- Process financial transactions, including property sales, shared ownership, staircasing, asset disposals, and ad hoc payments.
- Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external customers to ensure timely and accurate transaction processing.
- Manage and maintain accurate financial records, including journal processing and general ledger coding.
- Support other teams within the Financial Operations department to ensure smooth processing and maintain segregation of duties.
- Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
- Recognized accountancy qualification or part-qualified with relevant experience.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines.
- Excellent IT skills, particularly Microsoft Excel and Dynamics GP.
