We believe that outstanding food and hospitality are essential to creating a warm and welcoming environment for our residents. Our chefs play a vital role in delivering this, and we are seeking a skilled and experienced chef to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
As a chef in one of our care homes, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking meals for our residents, using fresh and locally sourced ingredients wherever possible. You will work closely with our care teams to ensure that our residents' dietary needs are met, and that our food is not only delicious but also nutritious and safe to eat.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong background in cooking and meal preparation, ideally in a care home or similar setting. You will also need to be able to work flexibly, including weekends and bank holidays, and be able to travel between our different care homes in Hampshire.
