Sales Negotiator Job Description

**About the Role**

We are seeking a skilled New Homes Sales Negotiator to join our client's team in Exeter, Devon. As a Sales Negotiator, you will be responsible for delivering a 5-star customer experience from initial enquiry to exchange and completion.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Manage customer relationships from initial contact to sale completion
* Meet and greet customers on site, providing a warm and welcoming experience
* Deal with incoming sales enquiries, advising customers on the sales journey and progressing sales
* Ensure the sales suite is presentable and well-maintained

**Requirements**

* Proven experience in new homes sales, with a strong track record of converting leads into sales
* Self-motivated and driven, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, with Tuesday and Wednesday as your designated days off
* Valid UK driving license and access to your own transport
* Proficient in using computer systems, including Microsoft Office
