We are seeking to recruit Advanced Teaching Assistants to join our dedicated team. This role involves collaborating closely with the Education Team to ensure the effective operation of the classroom environment.

This position offers a unique chance to be part of a new educational initiative. You will play a vital role in shaping the school's future and enhancing the educational experience for our students.

Job Responsibilities

The primary responsibility of the Advanced Teaching Assistant is to assist the Class Teacher in the daily management of the classroom and to deliver lessons to whole classes, small groups, and individual students in collaboration with the Class Teacher.

Key duties include:

  • Ensuring the welfare and safeguarding of students
  • Supporting educational activities and learning
  • Monitoring student progress and achievement
  • Keeping accurate records of student performance
  • Assisting Teaching Assistants in their professional development
