Job Title: AV Installation Specialist

At IDPP, we are seeking an experienced AV Installation Specialist to join our team. As an AV Installation Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering digital/AV installations in a field-based role, providing exceptional service to our clients, and delivering projects, solutions, and support to a variety of AV equipment and systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Installation of AV equipment and pole mounting systems
  • Diagnose and resolve any issues with AV and IT equipment
  • Maintenance and service of AV equipment
  • Effective communication with colleagues and clients
  • Produce accurate work to a high professional standard
  • Completion and submission of required paperwork
  • Adhere to relevant Health & Safety and codes of conduct in the workplace
  • Responsible for company vehicles, tools, and stock
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2+ years' AV service and installation experience
  • Full UK driving license
  • A good level of English – spoken and written
  • Good timekeeping, reliability, and a professional manner
  • The ability to be flexible within a working week
  • Ability to manage your own workload
  • Great communication skills
