Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Lawyer to join our legal team in Watford. As a Senior Lawyer, you will play a key role in advising on contentious construction matters and supervising external solicitors.

The successful candidate will have significant experience in dispute resolution, including adjudication, court proceedings, arbitration, and ADR. They will also have a strong understanding of JCT and NEC suites.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Advising on and conducting contentious construction matters, including payment disputes, breach of contract disputes, cladding, and PFI disputes
  • Providing legal support to our project and delivery teams, including drafting correspondence and advising on claims issues
  • Assisting with training and knowledge sharing within the business
  • Supervising external solicitors

Candidates must have a minimum of 3+ years of PQE and be familiar with all forms of dispute resolution. The role is based in our UK head office in Watford, with some scope for home working. We are open to considering part-time candidates who can commit to a minimum of 4 days per week.
