Job Summary

We are currently recruiting for a Field Service Engineer vacancy. This is an excellent opportunity to join our team at a skilled level in a division that drives the business forwards through providing a best-in-class engineering service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform required preventive and corrective maintenance on the STERIS/Cantel product lines and field troubleshooting primarily in their service area in the country.
  • Perform administrative duties as assigned, including computer synchronization daily, complete service reports, maintaining tools and parts inventory to prescribed levels as required by Team Leaders and Service Manager.
  • Develop and maintain effective, communicative relationships with customers, managers, support functions, and the sales organization.
  • Provide solutions to customers to enhance sales and growth in the field through effective positioning of STERIS/Cantel products and services, identifying opportunities, and passing leads to management and sales.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 years industry-related experience and a general knowledge of operating washing and sterilize processing units.
  • Valid driver's license required.
  • Good troubleshooting skills as well as proven organization attitude.
  • Computer literacy with a good standard of education with good oral and written communication.
  • Sufficient technical knowledge of the English language.
  • Completion of a recognized mechanical, electrical, or electronic technical training scheme.

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Field Service Engineer. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing required preventive and corrective maintenance on the STERIS/Cantel product lines and field troubleshooting primarily in their service area in the country.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years industry-related experience and a general knowledge of operating washing and sterilize processing units. They will also have good troubleshooting skills as well as a proven organization attitude.
