As a Care Assistant with Altogether Care, you will play a vital role in supporting and empowering individuals to live independently in their own homes. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing physical and emotional support to individuals
- Assisting with personal care and daily living tasks

- Supporting individuals to participate in daily activities and tasks
- Assisting with healthcare and personal appointments
