Are you a recent graduate looking to launch your career in tech recruitment? Do you have a passion for building relationships and driving business growth? We're seeking a talented Recruitment Consultant to join our team at Storm3, where you'll have the opportunity to develop your skills and expertise in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
About the Role:
As a Recruitment Consultant, you'll be responsible for winning new business and developing existing accounts with tech firms, as well as developing and nurturing relationships with candidates. You'll have complete ownership of the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial contact to placement, and will be supported by our experienced team and cutting-edge technology.
What We Offer:
- A competitive base salary of £26,000, plus uncapped commission structure with an average OTE of £40-60k in the first year

What We're Looking For:
We're seeking a motivated and ambitious individual with a strong desire to succeed in a sales environment. You'll have a passion for building relationships and driving business growth, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. If you're a recent graduate or have transferable skills, we'd love to hear from you.
Location:
This is an in-office position based in London, with opportunities to relocate to our international offices.
