About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Sales and Retail Team Member. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our customers have an enjoyable shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Customer Service: Provide professional support to our customers, ensuring that they are greeted and offered assistance in a friendly and courteous manner.
  2. Product Knowledge: Maintain excellent standards of merchandising and housekeeping in accordance with company guidelines, ensuring that our products are displayed in an attractive and appealing way.
  3. Teamwork: Work closely with the Garden Centre Manager and other team members to help the business succeed and achieve its goals.
  4. Rota: Work a variety of shifts, including Saturdays, to ensure that our customers receive the best possible service.
Requirements
  1. Good Communication Skills: Possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with customers and colleagues.
  2. Friendly Manner: Demonstrate a friendly and approachable manner, ensuring that our customers feel welcome and valued.
  3. Team Player: Be a team player, willing to work collaboratively with others to achieve our business objectives.
