We are seeking a dedicated Administrator to join our team at Brakes. This permanent position at our depot offers a dynamic work environment where you can enhance your office administration capabilities.
The role is fast-paced and diverse, encompassing responsibilities such as managing and overseeing the production of customer pick notes and invoices using SAP, as well as maintaining the warehouse management system through the entry of movement sheets (Replens) and job allocation for voice picking. As an Operations Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the warehouse, collaborating with various teams and departments to facilitate effective communication and support.
To excel in this position, you should possess a keen attention to detail to uphold high accuracy levels, along with strong organizational skills to manage your workload efficiently. Being a team player with excellent communication abilities is essential for fostering positive working relationships with colleagues. A background in an office environment and proficiency in IT (SAP experience is advantageous) are preferred. Above all, a customer-centric approach and a willingness to learn are key attributes for success.
