Civil Engineer

The Energy Division at Advanced Resource Managers is seeking an experienced Civil Engineer to join a leading Nuclear client based in Plymouth.
This role is responsible for ensuring the delivery of the civil engineering aspects of the facility, ensuring systems are designed against a clear statement of compliance with defined requirements, including a demonstration that the design meets relevant HSE requirements.
The successful candidate will support the delivery of civil engineering work packages to the required scope, quality, schedule, and cost.
Key Responsibilities- Management of the civil engineering elements of the Facility, ensuring designer technical performance and making appropriate technical responses.
- Provide Subject Matter Expert advice for civil engineering.
- Provide Technical design guidance and review of civil design packages.
- Ensure that the design documentation covers the scope of operations required by the Project Manager and is produced to agreed standards, schedule, and budget.
- A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Civil/Civil Engineering.
- Preferred Chartered Engineer, registered with the Engineering Council.
- Preferred Nuclear Introductory Course or equivalent nuclear knowledge.
