Aviation Structures Technician - Wedgetail (Contract/Permanent)

Carbon 60 is collaborating with a leading aerospace organization on a significant military initiative, upgrading B737NG aircraft into the advanced E-7A Wedgetail. This presents a distinctive opportunity to contribute to a crucial defense program for those seeking their next Structures Mechanic position.

Qualifications and Experience for Structures Mechanic

  • In-depth experience in modifying large aircraft frameworks.
  • Experience in manufacturing settings.
  • Willingness to obtain EWIS and Fuel Tank Safety certifications if not already possessed.
  • Experience with C17 Globe Master / Chinook aircraft.

Given the sensitive nature of this project, all Structures Mechanics must possess:

Security Clearance - candidates should be eligible for clearance.

A successful trade test is required to ensure your skills meet Boeing standards.

Work Schedule

Monday-Thursday in week 1

Tuesday-Friday in week 2

Overtime opportunities are available on Mondays and Fridays.
