About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Social Worker to work with disabled children and their families. As a Senior Social Worker, you will be responsible for assessing the needs of children with disabilities, developing and implementing care plans, and working with other professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for children.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments of children with disabilities to identify their needs and develop care plans
  • Work with children, families, and other professionals to implement care plans and ensure the best possible outcomes
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with children, families, and other professionals
  • Contribute to the development of policies and procedures to improve the lives of children with disabilities
  • Participate in multi-disciplinary teams to share knowledge and best practices
Requirements
  • Post-qualifying experience as a Social Worker in the UK
  • HCPC registration
  • 1-2 years post-qualifying experience in the UK Social Care industry
  • Enhanced DBS/CRB
  • Eligibility to work in the UK
